About Me
I am a UK-based consciousness researcher and therapist, with over twenty years of experience in many areas of consciousness, spiritual science and metaphysical studies of the non-physical as well as a therapist for body work and relaxation, mainly aimed at people who are highly stressed or those looking to venture beyond the body.
I was born in Reading, Berkshire in 1986 and my personal journey began here into the exploration of consciousness at the age of sixteen, when I experienced my first conscious out-of-body experience. Although short it opened me up to the nature of reality beyond the physical. This occurred during a spontaneous moment of meditation, guided only by an intuitive itch to focus on deep breathing. To be honest, I had no idea what I was doing, yet the experience was profoundly moving and emotional. It opened a doorway to a series of psychic phenomena and unusual experiences that would shape the tapestry of my life.
During this time I also became friends with practicing witches who although were around my age, invited me into their coven after a long battle with asking them to join. It was here that I learnt about the wheel of the year, the elements and spirit. Although there about ten of us in the group, we never touched onto the most deepest psychic and mediumsistic phenomena out there.
Unbeknownst to me at the time, in 2002, my father was also engaged in meditative practices and energy exercises, cultivating his own understanding of consciousness. An interesting part of my life, perhaps influenced by the hundred monkey effect since my father never spoke of such topics to me as he was on his own inner journey. A few years later, in late 2004, our family moved to the Somerset countryside to establish Parsonage Side Retreat (PSR) in Bridgwater. This venture was inspired by my father’s two visits to The Monroe Institute (TMI) in Virginia, USA (originally created by Robert Monroe), where he encountered techniques for expanded states of consciousness and personal transformation such as Hemi-Sync and the out of body state.
My father, a successful engineer, creator, and businessman in aerospace engineering specializing in strain gauge measurement, was an incredibly busy man running his own bussiness. Much of my childhood, it was primarily my mother who looked after me and my nine year older brother. My father was often absent from home, although I saw him from time to time, he was working long hours, managing his own business, and travelling across the country and overseas. My mother, mostly a stay-at-home Mum, handled the household, managed the business administration, and cared for us both. My childhood was loving and nuturing.
Looking back, there is a strange synchronicity in age and experience, my father at that time was roughly the same age I am now. Like me, he was under considerable stress from work and responsibility, and he was searching for ways to relax and decompress. Although the difference is, I know how to, but he didnt have the tools when he was my age and so in his search, he turned to various New Age publications, seeking guidance on consciousness and de-stress tools and practices. He discovered articles on out-of-body experiences and astral projection in magazines such as Spirit & Destiny, Llewellyn’s New World of Mind & Spirit, Psychic News, and Kindred Spirit. These magazines often discussed relaxation techniques and methods for expanding consciousness, highlighting programs from organizations such as the International Academy of Consciousness (IAC) and The Monroe Institute (TMI). Throughout his life he has had a deep interest into the paranormal but never actively looked into it as a practice.
Through these early explorations, my father began to cultivate his own understanding of consciousness, paving the way for what would become Parsonage Side Retreat, a centre dedicated to meditation, personal transformation, and the study of consciousness, accessible to people across the UK, Europe and people world wide. During this time, and before the move from Reading, my father had a number of out-of-body experiences, including one in which he vividly flew over what would become the finalized version of our retreat centre in Somerset (Parsonage Side Retreat) PSR, the place we now call home. Inspired by these experiences and driven by a desire to offer others the opportunity to explore consciousness, he envisioned bringing The Monroe Institute (TMI) to the UK. At that time, there was no comparable centre in Europe and only the long and costly journey to the United States was not only long but an extra cost. Determined to create a local hub for consciousness exploration, he began searching for a suitable property in the UK that could be developed into such a space.
His vision was clear, to establish a centre that provided accessible opportunities for people across Europe to explore consciousness exploration and a place that was quiet, secluded, and possessed the right “feel” for developing psychic abilities and residential retreats. Also the ability to learn and experience deep relaxation techniques, and engaging in genuine personal growth. The centre was primarily intended to serve those drawn to the work of The Monroe Institute (TMI), offering a European alternative for its customers and clients. What followed was a strange and deeply meaningful sequence of events. When my father first discovered the property for sale, he immediately recognised it, not as it appeared at the time, but as it had appeared during one of his out-of-body experiences. Although the buildings and layout were not yet what they are today, he felt an undeniable sense of familiarity. Compelled by this recognition, he arranged a visit to the property. Upon arrival, the current owners apologised to my father, saying:
“I’m sorry, Mr Bexx, but someone has already put an offer into the sale agreement. You are welcome to come visit but you will simply be wasting your time.”
Despite this apparent setback, there seemed to be other ambitions and unseen paths already in motion, quietly guiding us toward “being there”. All three of us, my mother, my father, and I returned to visit the property yet again, perhaps to the mild irritation of the then-owners probally thought we were crazy to visit when the sale with the potential new owners would go ahead in their eyes. But upon arriving I felt a strong sense of home as soon as I arrived at the property. And like many people who explain the energies here. Its like when you arrive you feel this warm invisitng and nutruing hug.
Yet within just a few months, the original buyers unexpectedly pulled out of the purchase. In a remarkable chain of synchronicities, my parents placed our family home in Reading on the market, and within the very same day, and our Reading property was sold and the purchase of Parsonage Side went ahead. Everything aligned effortlessly, as though it had been quietly arranged long before. When the previous owners later spoke with my father, they simply said:
“ You must have angels working with you, Mr Bexx.”
I remember my father chuckling at the comment, though I suspect he understood. perhaps more than he let on, that something far greater than fate had been at work. He has always said to me:
“spirit orchestrate everything”.
When we arrived it took one year to apply for planning, and then it took 7 long years to demolish some of structures, add new buildings, install a new drive way for access, convert the attic space to accommodation, widen the side building, install new drainage and a new septic tank and work on the gardens. As the building was being taken down and its foundations were being built, so was mine. I was learning a lot about parapsychology, psychic studies, dreaming, mediumship, and therapies and I was think into practice and study as well as building the property. We had local builders one who remains to be a good friend, “Mike” who has been faithful and helpful to us since the beginning who has helped shape the property as it is today. My uncle (my fathers twin) who eventually moved here to live with us did much of the plastering and rendering of the property. I installed all the audio cables for Hemi-Sync audio to the 8 residential bedrooms, I put up all the plasterboard and mostly worked on the gardens. While my mother painted most of the property. She is a perfectionist, and I mean that in a good way, in which she gives her best to her DIY projects and never fails us on her skills even to this day. Throughout the whole build I learnt a lot about how to build a property and what it takes. And visiting so many retreat centres over the years across the world I understand what it takes to build a good one and what it needs. And through this we as a family, all four of us became closer to work together.
Parsonage Side Retreat (PSR) was conceived as more than just a physical property. it was envisioned as a living laboratory for expanded awareness, personal transformation, and spiritual exploration. It is also a residential retreat centre for people to join together and learn from another. Every corner of the space was intended to support the study and practice of consciousness. Creating an environment where individuals could safely and deeply engage with their inner experiences. However it has a mixture of old and new energies.
Once the retreat was complete, I hosted three open weekends each year in 2010, 2011 and 2012 to welcome the community and create a space where people could come together, share their passions, and connect freely. These weekends were offered without charge, as a way to introduce our work, open our doors, and offer a platform for others to showcase what they love.
It was during one of these open weekends, in 2010, that I was first introduced to gong sound healing by the gifted Tim Wheater. Tim generously offered his music and healing as both a closing ceremony and a mini-concert for our first and second events. I remember being deeply moved by the beauty and power of the sound and it was a transformative experience. At the time, I never imagined I would one day own and use gongs myself. Thank you, Tim, for being a catalyst for opening my ears and heart to the power of sound, and for showing me what is truly possible.
Over the years, Parsonage Side Retreat has truly become more than just a home, it has evolved into a dynamic centre where consciousness can be actively studied, explored, and experienced. I have been deeply involved in its development, since I am one of the owners, I am more than just the owner, I have helped build and shape the very structure of the retreat centre. Facilitating workshops, leading development circles, Seances, group events, retreats, talks and the management of customers and clients as well as conducting healing sessions. Through this work, I have woven together my own personal experiences with the knowledge and wisdom passed down from those around me, creating a practice that is both practical and profoundly intuitive.
The combination of rigorous exploration, disciplined spiritual practice, and intuitive guidance has profoundly shaped my approach as both a therapist and a consciousness researcher. It has allowed me to ground my work in real-world experiences while remaining open to the subtle, often ineffable mysteries of human awareness. Parsonage Side Retreat is more than a centre, it is a living testament to the possibilities of conscious evolution and the transformative potential of dedicating space, time, and intention to the study of the mind, spirit, and human potential.

The History of PSR
In 2024 I wanted to research the past of the retreat centre so I traced back the records using online data and property deeds.
Formerly known as Parsons Farm, the property has a long-standing history connected to the local church. It is possible that as early as the 1600s, or even before, monastic cells or hermitages existed on manorial land associated with larger monasteries. Structures such as oratories or small chapels, often housed in barn-like buildings, may have served the spiritual needs of the local community.
The rear portion of the property, now facing the garden, was originally a barn and is believed to have also functioned as a small chapel. While there are no documented records to confirm this, witnesses have reported seeing friendly monks in the area. When we first moved here this rear section which is now the retreats kitchen, used to be a large industrial garage painted a dark grey. It was through this sombre hue that I became aware of what appeared to be residual energetic impressions resembling tall, long and thin chapel windows, which served as a personal confirmation for me. Because I had seen this before any of the other eye witness reports of the friendly monk appeared.
My father, who was working from home at the time around 2005, had his own experience. One evening, tired and working late while wrapping a parcel, he noticed a monk walk from the garden area through the garage and out a door, he said that he was wearing a habit (a traditional brown robe with tunic, hood, and rope belt). He watched the monk walk through the garage and exit via a door that appeared modern. However, when we later examined the original blueprints of the property, we discovered that this doorway had once existed in that exact location and had subsequently been altered.
In 1623, Parsons Farmhouse, which was linked to All Saints Church, was destroyed by a fire. The site remained unbuilt for nearly a decade, suggesting extensive structural damage and significant delays mainly due to finances Rebuilding was eventually completed around 1634 and possibly remained
In 1831, the property was owned by a man named John Parsons, whose surname was most likely the origin of the property’s name. A significant change occurred in 1868, when Parsons Farm was taken over and owned by Eton College. It is believed that during this period the property was used to house a small number of children, possibly agricultural students connected to the college.
During the first few months after arriving at the property in 2004, we became aware of a room at the rear of the house that we believed had once served as a detention room for these students. Inside the door was a large, heavy iron key. When I picked up the key, I experienced an immediate psychometric impression, as if taken back in time. I heard a child’s voice echoed from the past saying, “No, ma’am, I will be good,” followed by the sound of the door slamming shut and being locked.
Between 1868 and 1873, the property was gifted to Eton College by the church and later sold. The proceeds from these sales would have been directed into the college’s funds, contributing to its income and the educational support of its students.
Between 1702 and 2004, the property passed through the ownership of nine individuals before eventually being purchased by my parents in 2004. There has always been a strong and benevolent energy here and the land has consistently felt warm, welcoming, and deeply special. We were also told that one potential purchaser was particularly interested in the property because of the significant ley line activity present on the land.
Between 2019 and 2022, I experienced a series of recurring dreams in which I saw a standing stone placed at very specific point on the land, marking one of the points where the ley line energy enters the property. In these dreams, the stone stood tall, connecting the earth to the heavens. In August 2022, I went on to purchase a standing stone sourced from Ham Hill, approximately 29 miles away.
The stone stands at roughly 6 feet 2 inches tall and is known as Hamstone, it is a honey-gold limestone quarried from Ham Hill in Somerset, England. It contains a high concentration of crystalline calcite and iron minerals and is a sedimentary rock composed of fragments of shells and other marine organisms, naturally cemented together during the Jurassic period, around 174 to 183 million years ago. The stone now acts as a tuning fork for the energetic currents of the land, creating a concentrated node and focal point where the property’s energies are gathered, amplified, and harmonised.
My personal path
My path was not an easy one. When we moved from the busy city of Reading to the dead-quiet countryside in October 2004, just a few days before Halloween, everything changed almost overnight. The environment felt eerie, silent, dark, and far removed from anything I had known before.
At that time in my life, I struggled deeply with leaving. I had formed strong friendships over the previous couple of years, including a close coven and a community of friends with whom I felt truly connected. Suddenly, I was relocating to what felt like the middle of nowhere, with no job, no car, and little preparation for the isolated, almost hermit-like lifestyle that awaited me in my eighteenth year on Earth.
What initially felt like a desolate place on earth became both a blessing and a curse. The transition was jarring, yet it also marked the beginning of a profound journey of my soul, both inward and outward. After relocating to Parsonage Side, the vision of building a retreat centre gradually began to take shape. My father, deeply inspired by his own experiences, remained fully committed to bringing this vision into reality, despite the amount of financial hurdles we jumped to get here. He imagined a space capable of offering transformative experiences a place created from the heart, for the heart.
During this formative period, I trained in spiritual healing under the guidance of the late Bill Harrison, a gifted healer and medium whose work profoundly impacted the lives of thousands. His teachings, wisdom, and presence left an indelible mark on my own path, inspiring me to explore the depth and breadth of spiritual healing.
However due to his passing in 2008 I was left a little lost until a local medium took me under their wing to support and guide me in the area of mediumship. I trained in Reiki, massage and spiritual healing and I also began travelling to spiritual festivals and fairs across the country to try and understand more deeply about what takes place in these areas. Over the years of 2008 – 2013 I was offering healing sessions and readings, and sharing messages through platform mediumship alongside three experienced mediums. These early years were rich with powerful psychic experiences, deep learning, and a growing, intimate connection to the spiritual world. The many workshops and retreats I attended opened me to deeper truths about existence and consciousness, providing a solid foundation for the work I now do.
My Path as a Healer
As a healer, I have been privileged to witness and experience many profound moments both with people and animals. Even in my early teens, animals seemed randomly drawn to me. I vividly remember one particular day when ten cats gathered around me in the middle of the street. At the time, I didn’t understand why, but looking back, I now recognise that these animals were responding to something within me, a time when I was meditating deep, perhaps they felt me and felt comfort, reassurance, or healing in the energy that I generated. It was an early sign of the connection I would come to cultivate with living beings and the subtle energies around us.
Over the years I have explored, studied, and researched a wide range of holistic therapies, consciousness practices, and retreat methodologies. I have been fortunate to learn from many gifted teachers, some of whom have since passed into the spirit world or simply changed within themselves. I hold deep gratitude for their wisdom and the crucial roles they played in shaping my journey and teaching me what I needed to know. My studies and personal exploration have spanned many diverse fields, including:
Raw food, veganism, and superfoods Cleansing, fasting, fruitarianism and breatharianism Out-of-body experiences, lucid dreaming, and astral projection Brainwave entrainment and Hemi-Sync Stroboscopic light therapy Sports therapy massage, hot stone therapy, and aromatherapy Parapsychology, biopsychology, and anatomy & physiology paranormal investigation, haunted locations and spirit activity Mediumship, trance, and physical mediumship Sound healing, hands-on healing, and Reiki Support for autism, Asperger’s, and learning differences Body-building, architecture, and free energy concepts Permaculture and organic growing Water purification and filtration Past life regression and altered states of consciousness Meditation and yoga Spiritualism, ghosts, and unexplained phenomena Retreat and workshop facilitation Photography, video editing, public speaking, and sound recording Karate, martials arts and Qi-gong.
This wide-reaching education has allowed me to weave together science, spirituality, and lived experience into a holistic approach to healing and personal transformation. My path continues to evolve, guided by curiosity, intuition, and a desire to support others on their own journeys of awakening and inner discovery. In this way I believe there is no end to learning, you’re never too old to learn or to do something in your life, besides the human body is just temporary vehicle and the spirit just lives on. The list of experiences and studies is endless. And it has been an ongoing, exciting process of growth and learning about life, spirit, consciousness, the mind, and the body. And it is not only my own journey, my family, who live here at Parsonage Side Retreat, share in this continual exploration and expansion of awareness.
My greatest teachers, I would say, have been my past relationships. I have quite literally been through hell and back of the heart for 20 years living here. I gave so much of myself to those I loved, and in the end, life offered me wisdom to go deeper inside of myself and reflect.
It is a strange thing, through the many heartbreaks and disappointments I experienced, I was transformed. The past me who began as a needy boy, longing for love, who was lonely and misunderstood was hated by the ones I loved, but through the breaking of my heart and the dismantling of old patterns, I became a more grounded man. Where once there was loss and pain, I gradually discovered a deeper love for myself. So really you could say that these individuals intentions backfired really. And goes to show us that through life’s struggles we become stronger. But this is my story.
I had to learn boundaries, acceptance, and detachment. In time, what once felt like rejection and suffering became teachers in their own right. I now hold gratitude for the relationships that disappointed me and even those they caused mental and physical harm, it was through this contrast of darkness that I came to recognise the light.
My Early Years
As early as I can remember, I did not consider myself to be intelligent. I struggled significantly at school and was placed in special needs classes to help me focus and learn. I was in the lowest classes of school, which was not also embarrassing but a fate I just accepted because that is who I was. Looking back now, I understand this differently. I was not lacking intelligence, I was simply highly sensitive and easily distracted. I was a deep daydreamer. More often than not, I could be found at the back of the classroom staring into space, or even hiding inside a cupboard, until a teacher would eventually notice and pull me back out.
Those dark, enclosed spaces felt safe to me, almost like a sanctuary, where no distractions were bothering me, not unlike a séance cabinet. At school, I was often the outsider, with little academic interest and limited ability to read or engage with structured learning. At times, I genuinely do not know how I managed to get through those years as well as they bullying for who I was. There were many embarrassing moments when I simply could not understand how things worked, socially or academically. And I became bullied for it and I didn’t understand why. Because this was my normal. I believe my father recognised this struggle and wanted to help. My parents arranged for specialised support to assist with my learning difficulties and challenges with focus and attention (ADHD).
From around the age of ten, my father introduced me to mind-expanding technologies, primarily through Hemi-Sync and other binaural beat programmes. His intention at the time was simply for me to listen to it every day and relax with it. This early exposure also included a range of light and sound devices, often referred to as “mind machines” more formally known as Audio-Visual Synthesisers. These included the Audiostrobe, Mindplace Kasina, Mindplace Procyon, and the Laxman Neurotronics light and sound device.
As my curiosity and understanding deepened, I later worked with more advanced tools, including the Ajna Light and Lucia No.3 in 2011 as well as working with and for PandoraStar from 2014 - 2019. More recently, I have engaged with the cutting-edge roXiva RX1.
After sustained work with these technologies, I noticed a profound shift in my awareness. Things began to make sense in a way they had not before. Hemi-Sync, in particular, facilitates a coherent whole-brain state, supporting improved focus, balanced concentration, and sustained attention. When combined with martial arts training at the time, the effect on me was transformative.
I struggled significantly with reading until around the age of ten, and even then I would become easily overwhelmed by large amounts of text. It was not until 2017, when I began learning Spanish in order to better understand my then-girlfriends witty remarks in her language, that another major shift occurred. Over the years, I had purchased many books, yet it could take me an entire year to finish reading a single one.
Learning a new language, particularly during the pandemic, marked a turning point. What initially felt like an exceptionally difficult language to grasp began to rewire my attention and cognitive focus in more than I ever realised. When I thought I could not grow and advance more than this. When I returned to English, reading and comprehension felt noticeably easier! as though my attention had finally settled and stabilised. This shift has directly supported my ability to write, this book and others and, perhaps most importantly, has given me genuine enjoyment in both reading and writing.
Once where it would take me a whole year to finish one book, or if I did read I would have to have an audiobook along side it. I can now easily read a book within a few days or a week.
Alongside these technologies, I explored other consciousness-enhancing methods and devices, including Dr. Michael Persinger’s well-known “God Helmet,” as well as Hemi-Sync and BrainSync's audio technologies. These tools opened powerful gateways into altered states of consciousness, deep meditation, heightened awareness, and expanded inner perception. I have also been deeply inspired by the work of pioneering sound healers such as Jonathan Goldman and Tom Kenyon, whose research and practices around frequency, resonance, and sacred sound have profoundly influenced my understanding of vibrational healing and the subtle mechanisms of the mind. Their work helped me appreciate how sound, intention, and consciousness interact on levels far beyond the purely physical. Over the years, I have had countless experiences using these tools for personal exploration for meditation, personal insight, and the promotion of overall well-being.
What continues to excite me most about this field is the seamless meeting of science and spirituality. While modern science can measure brainwaves, light frequencies, and sound patterns with increasing precision, the deepest insights often arise through direct experience. You only need to witness the transformations people undergo when engaging with these technologies to begin to understand their true potential, not merely as tools, but as gateways to deeper self-awareness and expanded consciousness.
Mentors, Travels, and Transformations
Throughout my life, I have been fortunate to learn from a handful of extraordinary teachers mentors, close friends, and guides who have supported me in the fields of mediumship, trance mediumship, meditation, astral projection, dreamwork, health, and consciousness. Their guidance has been invaluable, helping me navigate both the physical and non-physical dimensions of life while deepening my understanding of the mind, spirit, and energy.
My journey has taken me across Europe and throughout the South West of England, exploring spiritual churches and engaging deeply with the Spiritualists’ National Union (SNU). I have travelled extensively alongside fellow mediums, assisting on retreats and workshops in America, Malta, Cornwall, London, Ireland, France, Spain and Portugal. These experiences taught me not only about the unique energy of festivals and sacred spaces, but also how to cultivate environments that support healing, spiritual growth, and profound transformation. Along the way, I have connected with many gifted sound healers, forged lasting friendships, and participated in development circles focused on spirit work and the science of consciousness, particularly brainwave entrainment, Hemi-Sync, and other related technologies. These encounters have reinforced my belief that spiritual exploration and scientific understanding can coexist and complement one another beautifully.
Living as a spiritual hermit in the rolling hills of Somerset was a deeply formative chapter in my consciousness journey. In 2014, life presented a challenging yet transformative period. Though difficult at the time, I am grateful for the growth and insight it brought. This pivotal moment prompted a change of scenery, leading me to London for several years.
Living in London opened my eyes to the vast potential that exists beyond the familiar. It allowed me to meet and work with many inspiring individuals and to fully embrace my purpose. Offering healing, guidance, and transformative experiences to large groups of seekers. I was able to lead meditators and consciousness explorers into deeply moving, profoundly beautiful experiences, where moments where body, mind, and spirit intersect, and where participants could touch the realms beyond ordinary perception.
Inspired by The Monroe Institute
Creating Transformative Retreats Visiting The Monroe Institute (TMI) in America in 2013 was a pivotal moment for me. It deepened my understanding of why my father was so passionate about providing others with direct, hands-on experiences, helping them discover their own truths on their unique journeys. During my time at TMI, I absorbed valuable knowledge that inspired me to create my own retreats upon returning home in 2014. I began producing original binaural beat tracks, crafting a unique space where people could embark on inward journeys. I named these gatherings the Timelessness Retreats, which are retreats designed without a fixed schedule, without localised time, offering meditation, sound healing, immersion in the countryside, and the opportunity for participants to reconnect with their natural “default mode” of being. After each retreat, I witnessed profound transformations from guests who felt less stressed, more joyful, and renewed. Offering this gift became a source of deep fulfilment for me, for being in service and witnessing people shine in their own light.
Inspired by other innovative practices, I began integrating light machines, stroboscopic devices capable of altering consciousness, gong sound healing, and the nutritional and energetic benefits of cacao, mugwort tea, and breathwork. I combined these elements into a holistic experience, initially launched here in the South West of the UK, partnering with a close friend. Later, I brought this experience to London under the name Meditation Parties, also known as Light Machine Gong Bath & Cacao Events. These gatherings became popular spaces for group connection, where like-minded people could meditate, share, and grow together. Through this journey, I’ve witnessed incredible personal transformations and expanded my expertise in the powerful field of light entrainment.
During my time in London, I was part of PandoraStars Spa, also known as PandoraSpa, which I helped create alongside others within the company. I had been involved from the very beginning of PandoraStars’ development and witnessed its growth and expansion over the years. During this period, I facilitated experiences for thousands of people using light machines and gongs at events, festivals, and seminars. My move to London and the establishment of PandoraSpa allowed me to fully engage in what I love doing, reaching many people and deepening my expertise in consciousness exploration and sound healing. Those five years were incredibly busy, immersive, and formative.
Returning to Somerset in 2019, I felt intuitively guided to be here, even without knowing exactly why. I am grateful I followed this intuition, not only for the timing during the pandemic of 2020, but also because it allowed me to expand the work I do through retreats and events. During this time, I took the opportunity to gain a bus and coach driving licence, which I passed, giving me the ability to transport participants to our retreat centre from locations such as London, Swindon, and Bristol. While this service has not yet been fully utilised, I find that offering this level of care enhances the nurturing and supportive environment we provide. People are still welcome to travel independently, but being of service in this way adds a special dimension to their experience.
My Mission
My mission is now to offer individuals meaningful experiences through events, retreats, and personal healing sessions. While not every approach resonates with everyone, those who attend often leave feeling transformed, renewed, and more balanced within themselves.
I have always been passionate about creating immersive healing environments since a very young age, but never knew how. To create resonant chambers of sound and light, or even spaces of total darkness. While it took time to manifest this vision due to work and life commitments, it is now fully materalized.
Using light, sound, vibration, scents, and touch, my aim is to engage the five physical senses in ways that stimulate and activate the sixth. Through years of trial, error, and refinement, I have integrated the elements I am most passionate about into a unique, multi-sensory healing modality. Every practitioner’s approach is different, but this particular combination reflects my personal journey, knowledge, and intuition.
Healing can support a wide range of challenges, physical, emotional, or spiritual and also provides a peaceful way to relax, recharge, and reconnect. It enhances the body’s natural ability to restore itself, re-centres your energy, and empowers you to regain control over your life.
Sound, light, vibration, and energy are all waves in motion. When aligned, they can restore balance, clarity, and harmony to the individual. My path is one of ongoing growth, exploration, and research, guided by the belief that all phenomena no matter how subtle or mysterious can ultimately be understood through experience, observation, and awareness.

until they become light themselves.”
