Gongs are beautiful sound healing tools, allowing the listener's brainwaves to be changed whilst the pulsating effects that are produced allow the sitter to enter into deep states of relaxation.

Cacao is sometimes used in my gong baths, but not all. It is raw chocolate from the cacao bean, this drink enables participants to connect more deeply with the sound healing and supports the relaxation of the nervous system to better experience the effects of the gong.

The vibrations created in a Gong Bath produce a feeling of being 'bathed' or carried away into space. Some participants report experiences of powerful bodily sensations, a deep meditative state often accompanied by rich imagery and visions, or feelings of timeless nothingness, ecstasy and bliss.

The gongs produce slow pulses of vibrations and soundwaves in the body that can help clear and clean the blood. This gongs vibration can also change our brainwaves after 6-8 minutes, from Beta (which you are in now) to Theta and Delta which is suitable for mediation and sleep rest and sleep.
