11:45 - 12:45 - Session#1 : Breathwork, Light machine with hands-on healing and audio mixed shamanic style soundtrack.

14:30 - 15:30 - Session#2: Breathwork, Light machine session with gong bath

What to bring
A few things to bring for your stay and comfort:
- Lunch for yourself (keep it light)
- Print off, fillout and bring with you the consent form. This will be sent to you once you have booked your space. If you dont have access to a printer copies are available at the retreat.
- A bottle of water
- Make sure to wear loose comfortable clothing I am holding space for 14 people to journey together, for this personal adventure.

Using the RX1 light machine by roXiva can produce 'similar' effects to that of plant medicines such as Ayahuasca & DMT but without the use of plant medicines, how it works is the light emitted produces a stroboscopic/flashing psychedelic effect for inner journeying.
For example Light increases serotonin production, a very similar-looking molecule to serotonin is DMT!
DMT (N,N-Dimethyltryptamine) is one of the active ingredients in the Ayahuasca brew and its origins are from south America such as Peru and has experiences with out of body experiences and deep trance states.
The experience of the light machine is controlled by the light flicker rate and brightness to stimulate temporary brainwave states and to produce a very real optical psychedelic and visionary experience. (not suitable for those sensitive to light or history of epilepsy).
