Gong today gong tomorrow

Upon getting my first gong and light machine - I first tested my new heartwarming package with a cup of raw cacao and local friends in the southwest of England.

There was 6 of us in total back in 2015. All those many years ago. I personally didn’t have a plan apart from offering the cacao, and playing the gong while people were under the light. I had just two light machines, one gong and some beautiful cacao.

Like all of us, we learn by our mistakes I had mixed the cacao very well, and I had added some almond milk, thinking it would make it more creamy. it was a disaster, first of all, it became so creamy the whole mixture turned back to a thick moose. It was undrinkable. I immediately phoned a friend, minutes to start before the event, and he said just add hot water, it worked. The panic was over. Everyone entered the room. I served the cacao, first of all, got them to sit up in meditation to digest with some visualisations. After a short period of time, I played the gong and introduced them into the light, it was a short session of around 45 minutes. When I lead them all into meditation and brought them back out.

At first, and like always, I usually feel like I have done something wrong, sometimes people are so relaxed they fall asleep. Others remain in a sort of shock from the experience (in a good way), others emotional during or after the session, crying, releasing fears, others seeing their loved ones who are in spirit or connection with their guides or their life purpose, its always different.

The room this day was quiet, it was December 2015 and was nice and warm, many felt cocooned coming out of the experience and didn’t want to get up and wake up. At first, I had thought many had all fallen asleep, but they were all getting their thoughts together, some reported feeling like that was the most amazing experience they have had in a long while. It was a meditation party, for deep meditation and their own unique experience. It definitely worked and was beautiful to watch and be part of the energy.
